This is our brand new coffee launching on 1st June'21. It's taken us a while to get it right but we're so excited to share this single origin Ethiopian coffee from the Rift valley, the home of coffee. Made simply in a cafetiere or filter it's the ideal coffee to sip during the day. It's elegant and smooth and a coffee ideal for tempting tea lovers into our world. We hope you love this as much as we do.
The name Eimear (sometimes spelled Emer) is a girl's name of Irish Gaelic origin meaning "swift". She was most famous for being the wife of the legendary Cuchulainn although she was known to be a fierce warrior herself possessing gifts of beauty, voice, speech and wisdom.
