If, when you receive your product it is damaged or incorrect, then we offer a refund policy. Please get in touch with us to arrange the return of the goods.

If you no longer want the items then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. Refunds are subject to the returned item(s) being in perfect condition and unopened in their original packaging.

Workshops

If you are no longer able to come to a workshop, cancellations must be made 48 hours before the workshop in order to receive a refund. Workshops cancelled after this time, will not be refunded except under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Stone Row Artisans management.
