Have you been watching Paula McIntyre’s “Hamely Kitchen” on BBCNI? Paula’s programme focuses on delicious, traditional recipes using local produce. This week featured langoustines on a potato and smoked dulse wafer, made using smoked dulse from North Coast Smokehouse.
